After a hard day on Cook 2 days ago, I thought this would be a nice cool down climb. The body still feeling a bit tired though!
The farm road up was on grass, not gravel as some of the others I've done down here - much more pleasant than expected. The views started off nicely and just got progressively better and better the higher I went. A bit breezy on the top, but awsome views out over Wanaka, lake and mountains. Definately recommended if you like nice views. No one else up here, but passed quite a lot of people coming up as I was going down - a popular walk!
It took me a very leisurely 1 hour 40mins up.
