Easy climb
Took just over an hour
Went with father in law.

Great climb.  Took 4 hours to get up and 3 down. 
Good track but could use more marker poles on the tops.

Well worth it.

Great climb with great views of all the Central volcanoes and Lake Taupo

Took 5 hours to complete

Vey well maintained track and easy to spot markers.

Hard climb, 9 hr slog

Shame that you lose altitiude on reaching the hut!

Great views of the waikato from the summit, even could make out Mt Taranaki
